She wanted to trap me and break me....threats came my way more and more every day, the manipulation went on overdrive, then gaslighting, blameshifting and mobbing. Narcissist don’t fear no contact when they’ve already found new supply. Usually this occurs while they’re still in a relationship with you. They find someone new so they don’t have to be alone , and they continue to have constant supply . The longer you stay no contact , they will eventually care , because the new supply usually is no better than you were to them , and after they find that fact out , they will try hoovering.

Would posting pics and a story of being used and manipulated for most of the relationship constantly being accused of dojng something shady or she would say im feeling off and then she would zone in i me and askbis there anything you want to tell me or she would pick a fight or when see was drinking she would bringnupnmy past oops mistakes of talking to people i shouldn't have or anyone who i may light at one point of my life yet she can have all these guy friends that talk pretty flirty on the phone as i have overheard a few times and then the very first and most important question i asked her about when we first started talking and dating soni thought she ended up lieing to me about her roommate /a flying monkey innmy situation, him being a little involved with her which hes just a 20 something yrs of age young man, she is in her early mid 30th and she has already broken her written court agreement order -a no contact order and basically threatened me ifni exposed her, its a dv case situation and problem that happened labor day weekend at a camp site we just got settled in to , she was drinking heavily and she didn't eat much plus was already in a off mood that morning for something she shouldn't have been mad about,i think in a way she already had a plan to end our relationship that night with how she got aggressive and started throwing punches jnto my face which i choose to be the better person and not fight back but she didn't stop rightnawah she attacked me three different times blackout drunkn narcissistic rage then said I HATE YOU AND WISHN I NEVER MET YOU , which was when she broken me and my spirit that night ,and then someone in the camp site called the cops ,my face was all the cops needed to haul her off assault 4th and 3 harassment charges, she's gone back on her words so many times i just want to do the right thing to expose her in the cleanest of ways possible.

The last vulnerable narcissist I dealt with posted passive-aggressive stuff on social media acting like he was the one who cared. No, I was the one always initiating contact and checking in with his well-being. I left this one-sided dynamic behind. Of course, there were numerous red flags along the way, and let's face it, he ghosted me first because these conversations hadn't happened hadn't I stayed in touch. Me chasing him definitely gave him that ego-boost he needed so badly. They need fans and followers, not actual friends. Hence his obsession with social media.
